ANyone have a PC Engine they are willing to part with?? Please let me know. Must be complete and working. Would like Gray version because I think that version uses RCA cables

Only the original PC-Engine (White) outputs RF, as well as the TurboGrafx 16. The CoreGrafx has a special cable (like the Megadrive and SNES) that ends in "RCA" Yellow, Red, and White plugs. The DUO systems are the same as well.

You might try asking at the pcenginefx.com forums.
