My Super WildCard 3201 DX, stored for quite long time, not long ago when I try to it turn on, it boot show menu screen but mem test show "0" and cartridge also not working. no problem when test with cartridge+snes. So I manage to open it up and found battery leaked, corroded some pcb tracks (both main board and memory board). tried to fix broken track on memory board(not main board bacause see tracks under header socket). self test still "0". then bad thing happen. the C2 Capacitor (2200uf 16v)[buttom left] +ve leg lifted and touching to PCB, now SWC only show black screen. I found U4 (GAL20V8A) heat up when power on.
Think most probably GAL20V8A already dead caused by C2 touching( voltage spike may be).

Really hope someone can help me fix it. its rare and hard to find

Question:
1) if without U2(AMI 18CV8PC-25), U3(PEEL18CV8P -25), U4(GAL20V8A) will SWC boot ? what I can confirm is without memory board and FDD drive SWC will still boot(tested before SWC dead)

2) what is the minimal ICs on mainboard in order to boot SWC ?

3) is AMI 18CV8PC-25 and PEEL18CV8P -25 both are same IC ?

4) saw some article mentioned only 2 peels(for memory mapping ? correct me if i'm wrong), third one GAL20V8A don't know what function for
