Is there a reason that my games are no longer on the card when I load it up? If I put a game on then use the card, I goto add a new game and the card is empty.

When you add a game it erases everything on the card. It always flashes the entire memory when you want a game so you are better off flashing it with the whole memory used than just one game because your wasting memory with empty space. Hope this answers your question
