| The same as all other copiers--9-12V DC, center polarity negative. If you don't know what this means, stick to a Famicom, Super Famicom or Mega Drive V1 supply. |

The back expansion connector is primarily used for the Game Saver addon, it's basically just another cartridge connector for whatever.
To use the unit you need special Game Doctor game disks, insert them as you would a normal FDS game and the TGD will take over. To verify that your unit works run a system check by holding down the button when you power on.
It's hard to get a hold of good TGD games, there is little chance you'll find anything that actually makes it worth owning, the disks aren't nearly as widespread as GD2M disks. |

ah, ok, as you probably understand, i dont know alot about these fds backup units, im getting a box stuffed with different Bung fds units, and a few more of the tgd, mainly beacuse i just like to have these on my console display, but it would be nice to actually manage to use them, but my guy in HK is sending me a modded fds unit + software to use with the bung units, so i guess it will be fun to try out =) |

I once orderd a fds unit from ebay, and the seller is located in hongkong, so i sent him a mail, and asked him if he could get copiers, and he could. I have bought different kind of backup units from him, and then i decided to order all of his fds backup units, as they were super cheap, as are the other units he's got, only expencive unit is the magic super griffin for 200£, everything else is below 50, I paid 12£ for each fds copier. |
