What program should i use to split the roms for the SF 7? I always used Winrar long ago but what should i use now?

Winrar is actually a ZIP program and not a ROM tool. A simple tool to use for simply spliting files is SNESTOOL. Of course uCON64 is a MUCH MUCH better tool with a lot more features besides splitting files.
