Ever heard of a 64M version of the DPF???

Check this...As you can see from the photo, not only there's a sticker but the box indicates 24M 32M and 64M. I got more photos of this box so I doubt it's a fake

Very cool!

Are you sure the box says 24M 32M 64M? (That version of the box usually says 16M 24M 32M).

I have only seen a photo of a box with a similar 64M sticker before over at Rob Webb's site;
http://www.robwebb.clara.co.uk/backup/ccl/ccldpf.html

As you can see this is a slightly different of version the box.

That is so cool! Thx for sharing!!

Does anyone happen to have a photo of the DPF box over at Rob Webb with better resolution? I am curious about the three Han in middle of box, but they are too unclear for me to read and look up in the dictionary...

Thanks Joe for the translation Wink

Actually I found quite a few other pics of that box on the net so I guess it was not that uncommon.
It reminds me a bit of the "board 128M" on the DSP fighter. I guess it was a common thing at that time to trick buyers into telling them the memory was expandable. I just wonder if there was a 64M DPF ever released or someone successfully did the upgrade; obviously the device should be able to address 64M if "it's written on the box..." Razz Razz Razz
