I keep getting the "write_eeprom error!"

I have the parallel port set to epp.

the GB-Xchanger allows me to rip roms but not write them.

Also I'm using xp and I have the giveio.sys in both the windows driver folder and in the folder in which I extracted the gbx-tool program.

What should I do to get the GB-Xchanger to send roms to the Doctor GB Card?
