I have a MegaDrive / Master System Joypad Converter from Tototek for sale. More information about this adapter is available here:

I bought this item a month ago. It's like new.

Unfortunately it's not properly working with all games. I've posted this issue in the Tototek forum. According to Tomy this behavior is normal:

Anyway I'm not satisfied with the adapter. I will sell it for $16, which is the original price tag.
