Hello, i recently bought one of these and cant find support anywhere so trying here for some luck!

I can load roms from the option play sd card but it never saves, ive read the manual and gathered i can real time save and then back that up to the sd card for later loading, however when i toggle the hyper mode option and play a game (even via dram from loading game sdcard -> dram) the hotkeys dont work not even for cheats.

can anyone please give me a little walkthrough?
