My DPF has 6x Siemens HYB514800AJ-60 installed. 24 Megabits in total.

I have 6x spare Siemens HYB5117800BSJ-60:

Unfortunately I cannot find a datasheet for the HYB514800AJ-60.

Can I just add 2 of them to the RAM board to upgrade to 32M or should I not mix different RAM chips?
