Maybe my searchengine-knowhow is nearly zero because I canīt find any tutorial HOWTO connect my SF7 with a CD-Rom drive via the serial.
I have a CD ROM and when I connect it with the SF7 OnScreen
-> LINKING...<-
appears...and nothing else.

Has anybody some answers or simply a link to tutorial..

thx

Well is it the SF-7 CD-ROM or using a homemade interface board? You can't just hook up any parallel CD-ROM and expect it to work.

...ok I found the answers I needed. For all which have the same question:
U need the the original Bung CD7 or a MKE 1xDrive with a BUNG PCB. All others will NOT work.
Somewhere are schematics with this PCB but I found not yet...
