Hi, i have ready the pics of 32mb expansion
The battery mod was: cut the +5 between the resistor and the + hole, a cr2032 with battery holder and a diode between +5 and gnd in the lower side of the board. |

Right, this is the early SPFQ motherboard, not the Super Pro Fighter with a SPFQ Bios, so it does support 32M indeed. You will need the RTS cart on top to have its functionalities.
For the battery replacement, Kazmat has been using FRAM on his copiers, another nice but pricier solution. |
