|
|
Hi,
I'm looking for a SNES adapter for the Pro Fighter X.
By SNES adapter I mean the plastic adapter (with board inside) that you click on the bottom of the Pro Fighter, to allow it to fit in the SNES. So you'll actually be able to use it...
Mine is lost.
Tomy thinks a Double Pro Fighter X adapter will work too, he is not sure though. So if anyone can verify this, it'll make it easier to search for me.
Let me know... |

I have a Double Pro Fighter X Arb.........
I also bought another one "blind" a long time ago......when i received it the MD adaptor slot underneath was still blocked !!! i found out on opening it up it was a single pro fighter x !!! with a double pro fighter x sticker.
kyuusaku contacted me at the time and told me CCL for some reason had done this.....maybe they ran out of ordinary pro fighter x stickers ???

bigjohn | Indeed, it's a bit weird. But they basically didn't have PFX casings anymore, so they used DPF casings... DPF wasn't so popular at the time, if I remember right, they were usually broken when they arrived at customers. |

From memory i think you are 100% correct l0c4lh0st .........
As for our friend wanting an adaptor....they are obviously almost impossible to aquire on their own....i know some time ago i got several homebrew clone adaptors (both SNES and MD ones) from Ki but i havn't been in touch with him lately so i don't know what he has nowdays for sale, or if he is still on the scene ?

| It's exactly the same unit BIOS and all, they just changed the case. |
