4) Yes, although many games are protected against NTSC use, you can however crack them with uCON64

I'd like to point something out for question 2), if you didn't already know. The only special chip that works with the T-connector is the DSP (Mario Kart, Pilot Wings, etc.). It will NOT work with any other chips that include games such as Super Mario RPG, Star Fox, Mega Man X2/X3, etc.
